The Kentucky FFA Foundation builds partnerships with industry, education, government, foundations and individuals to secure resources for the future of education, agriculture and student leader development. Charitable donations to the Kentucky FFA Foundation help accomplish the FFA Mission, “making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.” The Kentucky FFA Foundation is a 501(c)(3), non-profit, tax-exempt organization. It was established in 1987 and is managed by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is made up of twenty-four individuals, dedicated to ensuring the growth and stability of the Kentucky FFA Foundation. Eight seats on the board are appointed by position, and sixteen are elected at large.
