The Kentucky FFA Foundation is pleased to announce the nomination of Brian Chism to serve on its Board of Trustees.

Chism is the principal broker and owner of NextHome Chism Realty and is recognized as one of Kentucky’s top-performing real estate professionals. Licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana, he has built a reputation for exceptional client service, innovative marketing, and strong business leadership. Since entering the real estate industry in 2017, Chism has closed more than $70 million in sales and has consistently ranked among the top real estate professionals in Kentucky. In 2025, he was recognized by RealTrends as one of Kentucky’s Best Real Estate Agents and was the No. 7 producing agent nationally within the NextHome franchise.

Beyond his professional success, Chism has remained deeply connected to Kentucky agriculture. He helps operate his family’s fourth-generation farm in Brandenburg, where he developed the values of hard work, stewardship, and service that continue to guide his personal and professional life.

A lifelong supporter of Kentucky FFA, Chism served as the 2013-2014 Kentucky FFA State President and has remained actively involved with the organization since his year of service. He is a longtime donor to the Kentucky FFA Foundation and established a Forever Blue Endowment for Meade County in honor of his late father, creating lasting opportunities for future generations of FFA members.

As a member of the Kentucky FFA Foundation Board of Trustees, Chism will help provide strategic leadership and oversight to support the Foundation’s mission of investing in the future of agricultural education and developing Kentucky’s next generation of leaders.
