Agri-Entrepreneurship Applications Due April 1
The Kentucky FFA Foundation is proud to announce the 2017 Agri-entrepreneurship Contest. This program is made possible through Kentucky FFA Foundation Project LEAD, which was funded by the Kentucky Agriculture Development Board in 2002. Since that time, this program has provided over $100,000 to help FFA members establish and expand agriculture related businesses.
Any high school student with who has in place or wishes to establish an entrepreneurship based SAE is eligible to apply. Each chapter may select one student to enter this contest. Applications must be completed by April 1st and emailed to emily.davis@kyffa.orgEach chapter winner will receive a minimum of $100 from Kentucky FFA Foundation Project LEAD. Regional winners will receive an additional $100 and the state winner will receive at least an additional $500. Depending on the level of participation, prize levels may be increased.
