Kentucky FFA is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”.) 

 

  1. We are responsible for maintaining and protecting the Personal Information under our control.  We have designated individuals within our organization who are responsible for compliance with our privacy policy. 
  2. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to conduct functions of our organization including name, address, and other contact information.  The purpose for submission of Personal Information will be clear to members and advisors who provide such information to our organization. 
  3. Kentucky FFA reserves the right to use the name and photograph of event participants unless the event participant notifies us in writing in advance of the event. 
  4. We will never share Personal Information such as address, email address, or phone number to those outside our organization without the express permission of the individual. 
  5. Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented or it is required or permitted by law. 
  6. Personal Information will be protected by security safeguards that appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.  We take all reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information from any loss, unauthorized use, access, or disclosure. 
  7. Upon request, members will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of Personal Information and be given access to such information.
