The Kentucky Department of Agriculture has established a grants program to assist projects of local FFA Chapters. Any county FFA Chapter may apply. A state
committee appointed by the Commissioner of Agriculture will judge all applications.
Grants will range from $300 to $3,000 annually. Matching funds are not required for grants of less than $1,000. A 50% match is required for grants of $1,000 to $1,999, and a dollar for dollar match is required on grants from $2,000 to $3,000.
Grants sponsored by the Kentucky FFA Foundation Project LEAD for students to develop or enhance their Supervised Agricultural Experience Projects.
Grants provided by the Mulhollem Cravens Foundation intended to help FFA Chapters develop a sustainable food production project that addresses food insecurity in their local community.
