#giveme5 Membership Campaign

Posted September 21, 2015
General

During the Rising Sun Conference (September 18-19) the State FFA Officers introduced a new membership campaign known as #giveme5

The State Officers have set a goal of increasing state wide FFA membership to 15,000 for the 2015-2016 school year.  To accomplish this goal, each chapter in the state would need to increase five members from their number during the 2014-2015 school year.

All chapters that achieve this goal will be recognized through social media and during the 2016 State FFA Convention.  These chapters will be entered in a drawing to receive their choice of weeks for FFA Camp during the summer of 2016.  Those chapters that complete the challenge by February 1 will have the chance to win $300 to sponsor an activity for National FFA Week.

Chapters are encouraged to share their good recruitment ideas on social media using #giveme5
