Gift Administation Specialist
The Kentucky FFA Foundation is building our team and searching for a full time Gift Administration Specialist. Our ideal team member would be passionate about detail, analytics, and customer service. We are looking for a savvy financial steward to help us support Kentucky FFA members. You must be a self starter, organized, excellent at time management and a supportive team player.
Our Gift Administration Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Management of the Kentucky FFA Foundation Budget
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Gift processing and acknowledgment
- Managing Donor Data
- Administrative Support to Staff
The Gift Administration Specialist will work remotely. The Kentucky FFA Foundation will provide all technology & office requirements. Our ideal candidate MUST HAVE QuickBooks experience and is a data-driven, detail-oriented person.
Salary and benefits are negotiable and based on experience.
